I believed in this football team from day one. You have to be able to run the ball and play defense and we can do both,’’ said Coach Ryan.
With this triumph, the Jets qualify as a wild card of the playoffs. Next Saturday they will start the NFL postseason games, by first visiting the Cincinnati Bengals at their Paul Brown Stadium.
The Jets lead the Bengals in their meetings with an all-time mark of 15 victories over seven losses, including playoffs. Moreover, during the last past eight games, the Jets have attained seven victories of those games.
