Cute dress! I’d say it’s such a standout piece, you can get away with a platform black pump or sandal. Keep it simple! Get sultry with a smoky eye. Though I’d normally advocate a red lip, I think you can get away with a plum or even a deep berry.
As an aside, Kim Kardashian has worn something similar (as a matter of fact, cocktail dresses your Bebe dress might be a little ‘inspired’ by her Sass & Bide).
She paired hers with Proenza Schouler sandals and a black clutch. It works!
