Does an Unhealthy Mind and Body Equal a Bad Relationship?
Having an unhealthy body due to lack of exercise and poor eating habits can affect your life in many ways. Can it also affect your love life?
When you begin a relationship with somebody, you desire it to endure as long as possible. Establishing a healthy relationship can help you accomplish that. In order to have a strong relationship with somebody, you want to possess a healthy mind and body.
How do you make a relationship healthy? A healthy mind is when you have secure self-esteem and confidence about who you are and what you desire out of life. A healthy mind gives you independence so that you trust in yourself to get things done and do not become co-dependent on your mate.
An unhealthy mind is when you have little or no self-esteem and no self-confidence. The lines of communicating become absent because you recede into your own world and just look to your mate for direction in your life, which puts a burden on your lover.
A healthy body, simply put, is when you take care of yourself. You make an effort to sustain a healthy weight and you care about your appearance and how you feel on a day-to-day basis. You do not smoke or drink or do anything that would induce damage to your body over time.
You exercise on a regular basis to keep your heart in tip-top condition and eat a sensible diet, splurging now and then as a reinforcement. Your attitude remains positive which makes your mate desire to spend time with you.
An unhealthy body is when you do not care enough about yourself to take care of your body. You smoke or drink more than you should and let yourself go. You eat junk food most of the time and your waist is inflating.
Since you do not care about yourself, you do not try to work out or do things that would keep your heart strong. Your mental attitude is bad, making your relationship collapse because your mate no longer wishes to spend any time with you. You can not fault him or her because if you can not even love yourself, why should your partner?
Once your mind and body are in sync with each other, you can acquire a positive attitude, which keeps the line of communication going with your mate. It lets you to listen to them and helps you support them if they need it. You are more likely to do whatever it takes to keep your relationship in first-rate shape so that it continues to mature.
Avoid those pitfalls and take a stand on your mental and physical health. Setbacks are a given, but do not let them destroy your state of mind or impact your health for the long-term. Keep your body, mind and relationship strong.

Kara and Peter planned a romantic California winery wedding for 150 guests. They chose the Solage Calistoga for their wedding venue, a picturesque locale that provided the perfect backdrop for their I Do's. Navy blue and pink letterpress invitations were sent out, and a relaxed cocktail party dresses , comfort food-inspired menu was selected for the reception.

4' bouquets were various shades of pink, violet, and lavender, and the bride's bouquet was created using pale pink peonies (no small feat considering the end of August wedding date)! All the bouquets were simply wrapped with navy blue ribbon. The groom, groomsmen, and fathers wore white rose boutonnieres cheap bridesmaid dresses cheap bridesmaid dresses, and the ceremony aisle was covered in pale pink rose petals. And the wedding reception flowers were... incredible! Low, lush centerpieces filled with gorgeous flowers in shades of apple green, ivory, short dresses and various gradations of pale pink.
All of Kara's favorite flowers (roses, peonies, hydrangeas, sweet peas, and tulips) were incorporated, and soft pinks and purples dominated the ceremony arrangements. The
Since Kara and Peter met, fell in love, reconnected and got engaged at Cal U, it was important to bring a little Cal to their wedding day. Before the date arrived, sexy wedding dresses the couple took photographs at various Cal landmarks and these photos were printed in Sepia tone and used as table numbers. Instead of a traditional guest book, two posters from Etsy artist LoveInLetters were framed and matted. One poster read 'All You Need Is Love' with 'Peter + Kara' underneath, and the other read 'Love Is All You Need' with 'August 21, 2010' underneath. Wedding guests signed the matting, and the posters now hang in the couple's San Francisco apartment. Nothing about this gorgeous California wedding was over-the-top or fussy. Kara and Peter knew that all they needed was each other and friends and family to make the wedding day spectacular, and Halberg Photographers captured each and every moment spectacularly!
