Formula 1 - Fernando Alonso ganó el GP de Alemania
Fernando Alonso, piloto español de la escudería Ferrari, logrón su segundo triunfo de la temporada, tras imponerse ante su compañero Felipe Massa, en el Gran Premio de Alemania.
Este es el vigésimo tercer triunfo en la carrera de Alonso como piloto profesional en el Campeonato Mundial de Formula 1. Alonso se estrenó como ganador en la actual temporada en el Gran Premio de Bahréin, primera fecha del 2010. Con esta victoria, el español se adjudicó 25 puntos. Actualmente suma 123 y se encuentra en el quinto puesto de la clasificación general de pilotos.
En el circuito de Hockemheim, Fernando Alonso partió de segundo en la parrilla de salida, seguido por su compañero de equipo, Massa. De primero se encontraba el piloto alemán de Renault y dueño de la posición de privilegio, Sebastian Vettel.
Al momento de la salida, Vettel hizo todo lo posible para evitar que Alonso lo sobrepasara. El piloto de Renault trató de cerrarle el paso al español empujándolo contra el muro externo de la pista, pero se descuidó que Massa venía muy de cerca.
Felipe Massa aprovechó la maniobra de Vettel para adelantarse y tomar el mando de la competencia durante la primera curva del recorrido.
A partir de ese momento, los dos pilotos del equipo Ferrari fueron los que controlaron la carrera. Massa se mantuvo al frente durante las siguientes 46 vueltas de las 67 programadas. Mientras Alonso se mantenía cerca de Massa, a la espera de que éste cometiera algún error para adelantarse, Vettel realizaba un gran esfuerzo para no alejarse de los líderes.
Mientas Massa estuvo al frente del desafío, se vio una fuerte rivalidad con su compañero, que lo presionó vuelta tras vuelta buscando desplazarlo del primer puesto. Debido a esta rivalidad, ambos coches de Ferrari estuvieron a punto de impactarse cuando se desplazaban por la vuelta 21.
Una rápida reacción de Massa, que no se asustó ante la embestida de Alonso, le permitió continuar de primero. Estos dos experimentados pilotos aceleraron sus monoplazas a toda velocidad, lo que les permitió crear una considerable ventaja con respecto a sus perseguidores. Mientras se dedicaban a realizar vueltas rápidas, dirigían el recorrido con comodidad y Vettel se quedaba atrás, a una considerable distancia de siete segundos.

Alonso, sin pensarlo dos veces, aprovechó la maniobra de Massa para tomar el primer puesto de la competencia. Esta acción por parte de Ferrari causó polémica debido a la prohibición, por parte de las autoridades de la Formula 1, de transmitir órdenes de equipo. Luego de once fechas, Lewis Hamilton permanece al frente de la clasificación general de pilotos con 157 puntos, seguido por Jenson Button (143), de tercero se encuentra Mark Webber con 136 unidades.
