Linen is one of the oldest textile in the world history and is of about thousand year back. It is made from the fibers of the flax plant which is best valued for its freshness and coolness. Linen literally was also used to mean light weight undergarments such as suit , collars, cuffs etc.
Linen suit is among one of the best product made from the linen textile which is going to be discussed about in this article. The suits made from the linen textile are 2-3 times strengthen than the suits made by the cotton textiles. Some of the advantages of the linen textiles suits are:-

PRODUCTION METHOD
Linen suits are produced by the flax fibers. These flax fibers are harvested through different harvesting techniques. The flax plants are first harvested with the hand by cutting the complete plant by near about its root and then the seeds are removed. After this the process of rating Is performed which takes place in the tanks and pool. Further the method of scutching and heckeling is performed in order to obtain the fibers and thus the fiber is obtained and is used to produce linen suits.

Some of the disadvantages of the linen suits or say some of the care that should be taken in care of producing linen suits are:
 Linen suits should not be dried too much by tumble drying
 Linen wrinkles very easily and should be oftened iron.
 The linen suits are of very low elasticity hence it should not be folded or ironed at the same place as it would eventually break up.

Although linen suit have some disadvantages which could be taken care of , it has lots and lots of advantages in it wich suits our requirements as the best summer clothes. If mixed with some wollen it could also be used as a winter clothe too.
