How many times have you sat back and thought how wonderful it would be if you could just wish things true?
In Part 1 of "Anatomy of a Successful Hypnosis Session" we discussed the importance of the pre-induction interview. Through this process, the hypnotist creates an atmosphere for optimal success by enhancing the client's imagination and imbuing the client with a powerful mental expectancy of success.
Imagine that you want to take a trip. The first step in this process is to decide where you want to go -- for example, from your hometown to San Francisco, California. What is your next step? Well, you cannot just point your nose in the direction of San Francisco and magically teleport to the City by the Bay. You have to do some planning. Will you drive, fly or take the train?
So you are considering getting a psychic reading. If you have never had one before, you are probably very curious and a little nervous. You are not sure what to expect or how best to prepare, and you do not want to get ripped off.
The simple answer for the question is we humans are slaves to habit. Hypnosis is an excellent tool for eliminating bad habits and creating good habits.
Imagine trying to tear a piece of paper in half. If you want the tear to go along a clean straight line, it's best to crease the paper first. In fact, the more times you crease it, the more likely the paper will tear exactly the way you want. It will tear right along the groove.
Your mind works in a similar way. The subconscious is a natural goal-seeker. It strives to create whatever goal is set for it. You can be sure that unless you program your subconscious — bend it the way YOU want it to bend — external influences will program your subconscious for you. And those external forces may create a groove toward ill health, conflict, financial loss or failure.
Over recent years, hypnosis has gained acceptance as a credible method of treatment within the traditional medical community. It is now recognized as credible by both the Mayo Clinic and the National Institutes of Health, as seen by the information provided on their websites.
Hypnosis has been proven to be effective in treating many physical, emotional, and mental concerns. These include pain control, weight loss, phobias, quitting smoking, sleeplessness, and many others. Historically, the alternative medicine community has accepted hypnosis as a valuable option in treating distress.
Hypnosis is a process in which an individual goes into a trance, or a state of deep inner focus. The person stays in control and aware of their surroundings while in the trance, although their focus is channeled inward. A trance can be facilitated by another person, a taped recording, or by the person her or himself (self hypnosis). A common myth is that a susceptible person can be hypnotized without their consent, and this is just not true.
Identity Theft is a real and growing problem. So what is identity theft exactly? Basically, identity theft is when someone uses your social security number, your bank credit card number, your driver's license number or any other form of identity without your knowledge or permission.
Many people have fallen victim to identity theft through many different means. Some of these ways are easily preventable due to their common sense obvious nature. Other ways identities are stolen are more dubious and discreet.
So, the question becomes, how can you protect yourself from someone stealing your identity?
Although it is not an unfamiliar sight to witness a Tarot reader drawing out cards from a deck of 78 to advice on problems ranging from relationships to career wellbeing, most people find it difficult to imagine doing the actual reading themselves. But the fact is that Tarot is now out there available for everyone to experience and learn. Although having a Tarot practitioner analyzing the symbols of the cards drawn is certainly an enchanting experience and probably "less risky," a few of today's Tarot lovers purchase their own decks and begin reading its cards with the help of Tarot manuals or mentors.
Okay, So you want to learn how to hypnotize people. Learning how to hypnotize people can be fun at times. Alot of people enjoy hypnosis as a hobby because they have a talent very few other people have. The more you practice the better you get and if you become good enough you can hypnotize just about anyone.
Hypnotizing people can be enjoyable but it should always be done in a safe way. The individual you have hypnotized should never get upset by anything you have them do or say while their in a hypnotic state. Make sure the people that your are trying to hypnotize actually want to be hypnotized. If someone does not approve of what you suggest, their subconcious mind will automatically reject that suggestion. Therefore stay out of trouble and keep it fun an simple. Don't try to get someone to do or say anything that you know they wouldn't.
